12th Bowed Psaltery Symphony

This years symphony will be at a new venue, Cedar Lakes Conference Center in Ripley, West Virginia. The dates for the event are May 7th through the 12th with a concert on the evening of the 11th.  The concert will be advertised with ticket sales. There will be a registration fee that will be paid to Westman Instruments once attendance is established.  The theme for 2023 is "Gardens" and sheet music will be available in Dropbox as it is available. 

If you would like to lodge at Cedar Lakes there is an online form to make reservations. You still need to call to leave a deposit so it might be easiest to skip the online form and call Cedar Lakes during business hours at 304-372-7860.  Rooms are $89/night + tax and amenity fee ($5.00)  If sharing, cost is split, they will need to know who you are sharing with.  Holt Lodge at Cedar Lakes is basically a hotel with refrigerators and coffee makers in the rooms. Microwaves are in common areas. I wouldn't wait too long to make these resevations, there could be other events at Cedar Lakes at the same time. 

Whether you commute or stay at Holt Lodge, Cedar Lakes also offers a meal plan. You can purchase the entire meal plan or pick specific meals. The meals are cafeteria style; breakfast $7.50, lunch $8.50, Dinnner $10. You can let them know about this when you call.
